Private Residence, Central London

This grand apartment of over 13,000sq ft was purchased for investment and subsequent sale and had already been the product of an extensive redevelopment of the entire street. Through this two year design project, Haka Designs incorporated the adjoining mews house. The extensive development and immaculate design and dressing of this apartment needed to advertise the attractions of a central London lifestyle to an international audience of potential buyers.
